ORLANDO, Fla. -- A motorcyclist was killed Monday
morning in a crash that briefly closed Colonial Drive at Sherman Street.
Florida Highway Patrol said the man was struck by another vehicle
on Sherman Street near Avalon Park Boulevard.
Traffic on the road, which is also State Road 50, was stopped to
allow a medical helicopter to land.
